Shlomi came to the appointment on time, tried a few different things to diagnose the problem. He was able to get the noise to stop and the unit seemed to be working fine. He told me he didn't want to start charging me to replace parts when we really didn't know what the problem was and we would just be trouble shooting. We decided to wait until the problem reoccurred so as to diagnose correctly. I so appreciate his honesty and integrity....also appreciate that he responded so quickly to my call.
